Leaf Cutting Ant Forum

hi I want to do a tank setup like RichardP one with the external food tank but was going to use tube all the way through from nest boxes which are fully enclosed to feeding tank which is fully enclosed ,instead of the glass walk way .
would this be ok and would the water in the tank keep the nest tanks humity right and would I have to add water to the nest to keep humity right or add vents on the lid
any info please
