What about the temperature mate? some people say it needs to be 24°c antstore it says 24°c-28°c that sounds a bit high to me

I try to keep between 24-26 degrees personally. That's just me though. Can be difficult to maintain temps in our set ups especially when soil-less. I'm quite surprised by some set ups heat by underneath heat mats that's there not dripping with condensation. They must have really warm homes?? lol.

Thanks fellas, my minds feels a little bit more at ease now, i just don't want to get it wrong, im as concerned about these ants as i was about my son when we first brought him home from the hospital lol

Temperature in the ground in the tropics is around 24C, and varies only by about 1C over the course of the year. The fungus is adapted to that kind of range. I always think 30C is critically high, 28C seems too close to the top, anywhere between 23C-26C I think, but the secret is whatever temperature you choose, keep it stable.
