Went to the deep today and discovered they had a colony of Atta cephalotes. There was a nest area and foraging area with another foraging area that they got to by a rope bridge.

The nest area is in the bottom of the enclosure, you can see the fungus through the dome in the centre.

Nice one Dale, I wonder how they heat the nest tank. Strange look to it with the plastic dome with a little soil. I wonder what they plan to do for growth.

Supplied the colony to them but unfortunately had nothing to do with the setup so cant answer any questions. Dale, you should get in touch, tell them we have a thread about their display and ask them to contribute to the discussion. Good find, forgot about them.

when did you supply the colony mate because i went a few months ago and there didnt seem to be much going on, but today the dome was full of fungus and they were very active outside the nest as well. I couldnt really see any room for expansion for growth but there could have been something below the enclosure. I will email them later.
