Hi Jimi, fantastic to welcome you on here. There is loads of information to read and facts to learn. If you are worried about any aspect of keeping your ants, dont hesitate to post in the New Keepers section. Posting photos is best done from a site such as Photobucket. Quite easy to do. Anyway welcome to Leaf Cutting Ants forum.

Hi jimi,
Really glad you joined!
I'll upload the pics for you ahah
When they first arrived:

After putting them in the nest box:

Lots of nice healthy fungus :D
He's housing them in a medium sized aquarium setup - They started cutting 10 minutes after they were in the nest!
Conditions are perfect from what he's told me, but I should think so after the hundreds of questions he has asked
I keep over 20 species of ant, inc. Acromyrmex Octospinosus

The picture Marco posted for Jimi shows absolutely typical rebuilt fungus. Nice to see it travelled safely. Will be great to see development pictures as it establishes itself.
