Martin, sounds like we are on the way. A few more days of progress and we can start to feel optimistic!

Heat mat under setup is doing a good job. But I moved the heat mat that was at the side of the cupboard so it is now fixed to cupboard door and hence heats the front of the container when cupboard doir is in closed position, this ambient hotter air has removed condensation providing perfect viewing. All going well!! V.happy

Yep comparing against other pics, it is quite impressive. Thanks Deansie for your help, suggesting humidity etc
I'm just tad annoyed I have had them for 8-10 months snd they did zero. Changed humidity and instant improvement. Amazing. Roll on soldiers

I've used that trick for keeping a clear view a few times myself, really great there on their way now. Need to start thinking what you will eventually do with the set up. Happy to be able to help.

Martin, fantastic news about your colony. And great job from Deansie. When fungus has grown to double that size you are definitely out of the woods! Rather than be annoyed about the last 8-10 months you should be happy that they held in there. 9 times out of 10 the fungus would have dried up and the colony would have perished. Great last gasp save!!

Looking good Martin, is the mat on the door attached to a thermostat?
