(stupid queens hahaha) she is defiantly alive she is moving her legs and head, and how can you tell if they are adding to the fungus I can only tell that it is becoming more defined and in some places it looks like what you would see on TV and in museums hahaha there is also more white fluffy bits which is great

Are they taking leaf fragments onto the fungus? It will get chewed up and added, it should look darker on top.
Does your aquarium have a lid ?

I was thinking it looked darker on top in places hahaha yay at least the rest of the ants have brains :lol: and yes there is a lid :)

they've lifted her and shes mid was on the side of the inner container

That looks very odd, hopefully Andrew pops on soon as I haven't seen the likes before. Are they trying to drag her up?
If so and it looks like they're going to throw her over I'd maybe remove her along with a little fungus and some of the smallest ants to a sealed tub with breather holes. You can sit it on the foraging platform to utilise the temp from tank.
As I say I'm not sure what's happening to be honest so hopefully Andrew can shed some light.
