Things are going very well now my conditions seem to be holding perfectly, the hole room is at 23.5°c the tank is at 24.8°c and the nest box is fluctuating between 24.5°c and 24.6°c. The humidity in the nest is 99% and the tank is at 94% i have the lid open about 5mm at the front of the tank and there is hardly any condensation at all apart from a bit on the inside of the nest box. There is always some form of leaf on the fungus being cut up and a steady stream being carried to the fungus. There has also been a few workers venturing outside the nest box this evening as well and also i noticed today there is now 2 soldiers in there doing not a lot.

Time to sit back, relax, put your feet up and enjoy the ants. Nice times Dale!

Get a small air conditioning unit, a free standing one, from ebay. Should be able to pick one up for not much. Reverse wire a room stat and have it come on when the temperature goes over a certain level, and Daubz your auntie!

Lol @ Auntie Daubz!
Btw that foil I mentioned works to keep things cool, a cooler might send your bills through the roof! (Pun)

You can wire a room stat round the other way so when it clicks off it actually switches the appliance on. That way the stat brings on a cooler instead of switching off a heater when the temperature rises.
And it was a play on words.....Bobs your uncle!
