As a general rule of thumb, dont get bitten by an ant that is so big you can see hair!!

Also, the fact that they are female and covered with hairs should tell you enough to stay away!

Just wonder how long the ants remain alive when they bite like that and then lose their bodies. Urban Myths say people who are beheaded still remain conscious for the most interesting few seconds of their lives. Bit I think insects will remain functioning for a lot longer. Not sure if this is good or bad but I do know that I would be glad that I had a brain too small to be self aware if that happened to me. (Or if my brain was too small to be self aware would I be glad or just not aware enough to be happy about it!?*&!) Come to think of it, I know some people who have brains too small to ..... Never mind.
