Bamboo Leaves

Hi, I have loads of bamboo around.
It's also evergreeen. Has anyone ever tried bamboo leaves?
Should I try it?

I have never tried Bamboo leaves. Bamboo was introduced into South and Central America as a fast growing building material during the times of slavery and indentured labourers and is now everywhere throughout the region. Maybe they should import some pandas to control it!

Try dipping them in boiling water for a a bit and then offer them.
