Your 'Standard' weekly food offering

What you feed, where you get it from, basically we will build up a comrehensive list of suitable plants to feed Leaf Cutters. Also in temperate countries, what do you feed them in the Winter?

Hi Lots of info in the Food Plants section. The secret is variety. At this time of year variety can be a problem. Privet is a sure bet. Bramble Leaves. There will still be lots of dandelion leaves for ages, they are a favourite. Then you are down to whatever you can find thats still green. If you are trying a new leaf type that you are not sure they will like, I always offer this in conjunction with a type I know they will take. That way you are not starving them for a day if your new leaf is not acceptable for them.
