Cabbage!!

What you feed, where you get it from, basically we will build up a comrehensive list of suitable plants to feed Leaf Cutters. Also in temperate countries, what do you feed them in the Winter?

So, heres a good trick for a big colony. If you are going away for a few days then I suggest you place a cabbage on the feeding table and leave them to it. My biggest colony, which is probably bigger than any colony outwith the largest public display colonies, will take 3 days to strip a full cabbage down to the size of a Brussels Sprout. Great if you have to leave them alone for a weekend!

That's good news Andrew, particularly when I can't make it back to uni over a Bank Holiday. Is that Savoy cabbage?
