Help!!

hi eceryone
im new to this group.
can anyone help with a new or better setup for my acromyrmex octospinosus colony size is about 2 golf balls, and has slowly started to cut less and less, currently in a storage box with water and a heat mat underneath for humidity. 90+ temp between 25 and 27.
ive been feeding them privet and bramble leaves (nettles) brussles apple and the bit of honey. im finding alot of them are drowning aswell.
please can someone help on a new setup away from water maybe
