Building the Australian Box to send Ants to Korea

I took a few tools with m so I could build an appropriate box to send the Weaver Ants to Korea. Although its Weaver Ants the box is the same. Double walled, mesh inserts, lightweight, all to conform to IATA standards which it has to or else the airline cannot carry it! Also charged by the Kilo, lightweight is essential.
So in this case the ants were being sent in buckets. Leaf Cutters normally travel via small tubs.



The good thin about making the box onsite is that it can be exactly the correct size for the containers being used.



Firstly, all the wood is cut to size



and then glued



and the box is assembled.



Always the test is that the shipment gets through and the ants are perfect on arrival.
