Deansie's Acromyrmex cupboard build

Post your builds, private or commercial set ups. This is where we will document the creation of housing or the planning and construction of projects from scratch. This differs from the Journal Section because this section does not concentrate on the Ants or the other animals that are being kept, this section focuses on the progress of the build.

Quick update, got the pipe work up etc, I have lots of additional pipe work to increase the travel once the colony settles. I've made this little floating moat that I think will work well.
Will have it complete with ants in by Thursday.

Jamie, looks like you scabbed pretty much all of Seans design ideas in the construction of your pods. Hinges, hole position etc. Thats quite a compliment for Sean! I think the saying goes....'where you lead, others will follow....'

Lol I done the acrylic boxes previously so wanted to try cylinders (pods is Sean's word lol) this time, probably same cylinders Sean uses. I'm not selling them so can leave things on the rough side.
I'm not known as a follower lol,
Sean's pods have been doing great for Ricco and do look great may I add.
