The Zoolab Tropical Themed Zoo

Post your builds, private or commercial set ups. This is where we will document the creation of housing or the planning and construction of projects from scratch. This differs from the Journal Section because this section does not concentrate on the Ants or the other animals that are being kept, this section focuses on the progress of the build.

The detailed rock work in those last photos was amazing. Is it yourself that does that? Is it a cast of something or just done free hand?

So lights arrived today from Arcadia.
If this picture doesnt get your juices flowing then you're in the wrong hobby. There is absolutely nothing better than a box full of equipment!! UVB 6%, 12%, basking lights, rainforest lights, plant lights etc etc etc, woohoo!!

Straight away we started to wire them in..

Also the pond / waterfall started its rockwork carving...

and we moved the head office of my company, Zoolab Ltd to the building. Now all of the staff are based here.

All going well and moving towards completion in around 3 weeks.
