The weeks after.
After 2 weeks from the moving process I can tell that the colony likes the setup and have adapted well. No ants died and the fungus seems to be healthy, even the worker with the weird legs still alive.
I wonder if I should connect another fungus chamber so they can start another garden, because if somehow one of them gets infected or invaded by something they would still have something to work with.

Setup looks great. You cannot connect another fungus chamber just now, they will not use it. They will always choose to completely fill one chamber before moving to the next. Also the population has to grow to the stage where they can manage two gardens. The only way to get 2 gardens growing would be to significantly reduce the nest chambers to the point where the first garden was completely filling the chamber. In these circumstances there is a good chance they would start another garden, otherwise you are still some months away from a second garden I think.

Yeah, they probably wont create another chamber =(, it will take quite some time for them to fill this chamber tho.

Not really an update, but a video showing how they cut the plants. They decided to carry a really big piece of plant, quite awesome =D.
