Thanks Andy
I made a bigger gap between the nest and the heat cable .
I am going to change the place for them . Will move them from the room to tittle storage place which will by easy to heat whole the space to make the temperature similar
Yea i think this would work better. Heating from the bottom is always going to cause condensation in a closed box without adequate ventilation so warming the surrounding air would be better i think. I will probably follow suit.

The fungus has grown to a good grapefruit size and looking well.
I decrease temperature from 26c to 25C and doesn't look like they like it so much as they not cutting as much as before. They never say no to orange peels and almonds but kind of fussy about leaves .
Also if any one know what is the reason they cover grape with stuff ? ( picture 2 )

Going for Atta as well, lol fun and games. I don't find them any harder to keep personally-think the only frustrating thing can be is when they won't eat the same thing! Lol.
I've witnessed the soaking up thing myself, especially with very wet fruit I've tried.
Right now I think they are trying to achieve the opposite effect, they have took cut dried leaves and dumped them in the water dish, perhaps trying to regain moisture? Not sure.
