Really good to see this happening in nature.
But it's the exact same species ?

Yes I know. The reason for selling my current colony is because it's a nightmare trying to give leaves with loads of escapees. The setup needs redesigning and it's easier to start from a small colony again as transferring this big colony into a new setup would be difficult...

I might ask a favour from you Sean, would you put up an advert for the colony on your website that there's a large Atta colony for sale. I'll PM you with details if you would like?

Thanks

Andrew I've got questions about this I've read about two queens /. No there is two queens there in that nest, are they same like now of them domermate the other queen, do they share doing there job and will they break up and make two colony's ? Or will the two queens fight to rule the colony ??

I've been flirting with the idea of your large colony for myself if I'm honest! What with all the new species, sundries and bullet ant purchases I'm asset rich and cash poor!

Raj drives a hard bargain. I tried to prize the colony from him before Christmas and he stood his ground. Would be good though to have a very large colony in one of your pods with the nest chamber full. Wish I could be a fly on the wall for this negotiation on PM's.
