Great photos, are they pretty easy to find colonys when then they look like this?

Depends on the area, how dense the bush is and lots of other things. Over the years I have gotten quite good at it.

Do you collect only Atta cephalotes, no other Atta like Atta sexdens or Atta laevigata?

Trinidad only has Atta cephalotes and Acromyrmex octospinosus. However in may\ June I am going to South America, looking like Paraguay just now, and there are 22 species of Acromyrmex and 5 of Atta there!

If I had money I love have try a small colony of atta ones that cut the grasses as it be cool see the fungus
