These are some pictures of the room, in my soon to be finished house in Trinidad, where I kept the ants.

Table with pond liner and tubs sitting on islands. You've got to watch for the ants dropping rubbish into water and then using debris as bridge.
Also the mossies love the dirty water so after a week you come into a cloud of hatching mosquitos. Not the nicest welcome to 2 hours of feeding and checking daily!

Brilliant, really interesting to see them all collected, ready to get packed up. How many do you find yourself Andrew and how many have already been located by farmers etc?
You really must love margarine ;) lol

Its about half and half, local farmers mark them for me, I go through private land and find some myself.

Wow that's my dream is to dig up them were they are found as I dig up uk ants etc but not the same I wish I was there be great and now I can see the difference between the fungus of atta and aco colony's nice pics Andrew ! You never disappoint us with your pics when Your getting them !!! Ace !!
